Delivery Areas We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Due to the nature of our products (cab glass and vehicle parts), some items are large or fragile and may incur additional handling charges. These will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Fragile & Oversized Items Cab glass and large panels are packaged with care using specialist protective materials. We work with couriers experienced in handling fragile freight. Despite this, we recommend inspecting your delivery upon arrival and noting any damage with the driver before signing.

Damaged Goods If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at [your contact email]. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
