Returns & Refund Policy

CabGlassDirect specialises in the supply of precision-cut cab glass for construction and agricultural machinery. Due to the bespoke and fragile nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All glass is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging
  • Contact us at [your email] with your order number

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

We accept returns on standard, unmodified stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided the glass is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in appropriate protective packaging to prevent transit damage

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Cut-to-size or bespoke/custom-ordered glass
  • Items that have been fitted, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorisation

To initiate a return, contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

*For shipments outside of the UK returns are not accepted. 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured courier service. We cannot accept liability for glass damaged in transit during a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

*For shipments outside of the UK refunds will only apply to the products. 

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-measure glass panels
  • Items damaged due to incorrect fitment
  • Orders where the incorrect part was selected by the customer (please use our fitment guide or contact us before ordering if unsure)
